Security Shredding with New Forest District Council
New Forest District Council were introduced to a security shredding service incorporating waste paper recycling in 2010. All office paper is treated as Confidential for all Staffs' total peace of mind. Regular collections are in place to ensure a smooth running of the program. Baxter Confidential collection operatives collect the sensitive material from the facilities, this eliminates storage issues before collection.
Guildford Borough Councils' Data Destruction in Surrey
Guildford Borough Council formally had to wait for upto 5 days for a previous supplier to collect their security shredding. Two different suppliers were used - one for the Video Media tapes and the other for paper security shredding. With this in mind in 2009 Baxter Confidential were brought on board to provide a complete Security destruction program enveloping all the former services. Now Baxter Confidential accurately schedules collections.
Secure Shredding in Winchester City Council
Winchester City Council previously incinerated their Confidential Waste through an alternative supplier, while this was thought to be safe method of disposal it was soon to be superseded by a more environmentally pleasing service. In 2008 Baxter Confidential proposed a bespoke system for the secure collection of confidential waste on a regular scheduled collection. This meant Winchester City Council could now operate with the least disturbance and concentrate with their core interests in mind. No longer was the Safe Disposal of Confidential Material a constant burden for Winchester City Council.
Document Shredding in Fareham, Hampshire
After establishing the fact that their former supplier shipped security shredding a long distance to its destruction point, Fareham Borough discovered Baxter Confidential in 2007. Not only did Baxter Confidential shred their sensitive material in Hampshire but the service has worked out to be more cost effective, let alone a major reduction in Carbon Footprint created by the previous service.
Eastleigh Borough Council obtaining a Certificate of Destruction
Eastleigh Borough Council enlisted the services of Baxter Confidential in 2006 after carrying out a visit to Baxter Confidentials' document destruction plant in Hampshire. Then experiencing a tour of the facility and seeing first hand the systems in place to ensure safe disposal of their sensitive material and ensuring a certified destruction.
Confidential Shredding with Havant Borough Council
Baxter Confidential introduced their secure document shredding services into Havant Borough Council in 2005 when the council were looking for a reliable security shredding provider. Initially the Council provided their own sacks as the previous supplier had collected these. Baxter Confidential provided more substantial shredding sacks and security seals for safe shipment of the confidential waste.
